Why are you taking part in this challenge?
To keep the conversation going regarding Mental Health and hopefully raise some money along the way for local Mental Health initiatives. Being outdoors and staying active is a pretty big part of my mental health, being able to leave everything behind and run/bike gives me a sense of peace.
Who are you riding for?
For people of all ages who are currently battling with a mental health illnesses and to Giddy up once again in honor of Ano.
