Why are you taking part in this challenge?
I am participating in the Bike For Mental Health challenge to raise money for a great cause, raise awareness for mental health and get some much needed exercise! I find getting outside and enjoying a nice bike ride is a great way to reset the mind and feel better physically and mentally.
Who are you riding for?
I am riding for my friends who have lost their lives to mental illness, for anyone else who is currently battling mental illness and to improve my own mental health!
