Why are you taking part in this challenge?
This is my first year taking part in Bike for Mental Health and I am so excited to be a part of this amazing community. I am riding to raise awareness and funds to help support those who are struggling with their mental health. I use exercise to clear my head, de-stress and get some healthy endorphins flowing. Participating in Bike for Mental Health this summer gives me the opportunity to both help support others and prioritize my own mental health.
Who are you riding for?
I am riding for all those who are struggling, have struggled with or are supporting a loved one fighting with mental illness.
