Why are you taking part in this challenge?
I am taking part in the Bike For Mental Health to help raise money and to continue the conversation about mental health. My goal is to bring awareness to the issues related to mental health. By raising awareness, I want to help those who are struggling in silence, increase conversation about mental health and help to end the stigma surrounding it.
Who are you riding for?
I am riding for all my family, friends and anyone else who is currently suffering from mental illness.
