How To Sign Up
Let us know that you want to participate as a bike rider for the summer! We’ll need your ride goal, why you’re participating, a photo on your bike and some other basic info to get you started.

Recording Your Rides
Keep Track of Your KMs
Each rider will be responsible for tracking & submitting their KMs biked after each ride. Each bike ride must have a screenshot that includes the number of KMs travelled as evidence of the ride taking place.
Some popular methods to track your rides:

Under Armour Map My Ride App
(my favourite option, & it’s free!)

Apple Watch
or other activity tracking devices
From there, you take that screenshot and submit your ride through the Bike For Mental Health app.

Install the App
This is a web app that is not found in the App Store, but rather can be saved to the homepage of your phone through it’s internet browser.
The Bike For Mental Health app is how you will view other rider’s progress and submit your rides (include # of KMs & screenshot of the ride mentioned above).
Installing App on iOS devices:
- Go to: https://bikementalhealth.glideapp.io/

Tap on the “Share” icon located at the bottom of the page

Installing App on Android devices:

Tap on the notification banner at the bottom of the page (or tap “Add to Home Screen” inside the menu at the top right corner of the screen)
