Why are you taking part in this challenge?

I am taking part in the Bike for Mental Health challenge to help people who are struggling with various mental health issues and are in need of a helping hand. On days when my ADHD is running rampant or I am feeling down, the outdoors and exercise help get me back on track. If my therapeutic exercise can help others, it’s a win-win.

Who are you riding for?

I am riding for anyone that is struggling in solidarity. Don’t be afraid to tell someone. Lean on a friend or a loved one.
