Why are you taking part in this challenge?

I am taking part in this challenge to emphasize how physical activity and being outside can positively impact your mental health. Being a part of this challenge will help bring attention to those suffering in Saskatchewan. As well fundraise to give those who are suffering resources.

 

Who are you riding for?

I am riding for those who feel silenced by their mental health. As well as anyone who is continuously fighting and trying to improve themselves.
