Why are you taking part in this challenge?

I am taking part in this challenge to help the cause and increase my own personal health and well being. Mental Health and Physical Health go hand in hand, and this challenge fulfills both in a way that benefits all  our communities.

Who are you riding for?

I am riding for my family, students and others who may struggle or need assistance. 

Stress and Anxiety are major issues now in our schools and, as an educator, I want to support the excellent work that everyone is doing to help each other deal with these issues.

The stigma of mental health needs to be addressed and erased so that more people can live happy and healthy.
